(infosette News) PTI Chairman Imran Khan’s Instagram account was briefly hacked on Monday before it was restored.
Imran Ghazali, the general manager of the disbanded Digital Media Wing (DMW), confirmed that the former prime minister’s account had been hacked and that he was working with Meta, the company that owns Instagram, to restore it.

The PTI chairman is the country’s most followed political figure on all social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
On Instagram, he has a massive 7.4 million followers.
Ghazali confirmed the former prime minister’s Instagram handle had been restored in a Twitter post after revealing that the account had been hacked.

PTI chairman’s Instagram account was quickly restored, according to Ghazali, and neither his Twitter nor Facebook accounts were compromised.
The user posted a picture and an article about Elon Musk and bitcoin when the account was compromised, but they were taken down after it was restored.
After being hacked, he uploaded a similar Instagram Story on his account as well.
