Meghan Markle and Prince Harry Share Joyous Moment in New Photo

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry appear to be in love! During their recent visit to the UK, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex posed for a photo just before she delivered the keynote speech at the One Young World Summit.

Last month, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex shared a sweet moment behind the scenes of the One Young World Summit in Manchester, England, which was captured in a new photo published by their friend and frequent photographer Misan Harriman.

Harriman captioned the Instagram photo, “A joyous moment with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.” In the photo, which was apparently taken just before they took the stage, Harry, 38, and Meghan, 41, appear to be having a lighthearted moment, their fingers linked as Meghan smiled and Harry gave her a loving look. The casual outtake appears to have been taken at the same time as the more formal photos of the couple backstage at the summit that Harriman previously released.

Looking through the camera roll, the renowned photographer also shared a new solo image of Meghan from One Young World’s flagship event.

Harriman tweeted Monday, “From the archive, MM in Manchester moments before attending @oneyoungworld,” referring to the Duchess of Sussex by one of her nicknames.

Moments before delivering the conference’s opening keynote address, Meghan posed alone for the camera and smiled slightly.

The Duchess of Sussex referenced her past with One Young World, where she has worked as a Counsellor since 2014. She said that when she initially joined, she was “probably a lot like each of you” – young, ambitious, and fighting for the causes she fervently and sincerely believed in.

The Archetypes host continued, “Seeing the world through the eyes of my child enormously broadened my perspective, and I would ask, ‘What is this world he would come to adopt?’ and ‘What can we do what can I do to make it better?'” Archie, a son, was born to Meghan and Prince Harry in 2019, while Lilibet, a daughter, was born in 2018.

She stated, “I am delighted that my husband is able to accompany me here this time, to be able to see and experience firsthand my respect for this amazing institution and everything that it provides, as well as achieves. One Young World had a significant influence on my life for a long time before I met him, so it seemed complete to reunite with him here on British soil.

When Queen Elizabeth passed away on September 8, Meghan and Harry were in Europe for a series of meetings with their renowned organisations. The California couple stayed in the United Kingdom for the ensuing 10 days of funeral activities before returning to their Montecito home on September 19 after Harry’s grandmother’s state funeral.

The Duchess of Sussex addressed the passing of the monarch for the first time last week in the interview that went along with her appearance on the Variety Power of Women cover.

Meghan expressed her appreciation for the worldwide outpouring of support and the opportunity to be there for her husband when asked about the grieving process.

Regarding Queen Elizabeth’s legacy, Meghan stated, “What’s so amazing is to look at the legacy that his grandmother was able to leave on so many fronts.” “She is unquestionably the best illustration of what female leadership looks like. I’m incredibly grateful I got to spend time with her and get to know her.”

She continued, “It’s been a difficult period, but my ever-optimistic husband said, ‘Now she’s reunited with her husband,’ ” referring to Prince Philip, who passed away in April 2021 at the age of 99.
