Kylie was seen leaving a Paris restaurant wearing a noose-shaped necklace on Monday. She wore the Givenchy jewelry with an electric blue figure-hugging dress and sparkly pink Givenchy boots.
The Kylie Cosmetics founder shared photos of herself wearing her outfit on Instagram. She showed fans a close-up of her outfit.
