The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) announced that the nation’s total liquid forex reserves were $13.8 billion. Commercial banks held $5.84 billion in net foreign reserves.
(Infosette News) KARACHI: Data from the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) shows that during the week ending November 11, 2022, the number of foreign exchange reserves held by the SBP increased by $3 million to $7.96 billion (SBP).
Without elaborating on the nature of this inflow, SBP stated in a statement that “for the week concluded on November 11, SBP’s reserves climbed by $3 million to $7,959.5 million.”

As of November 4, 2022, the central bank’s reserves had decreased by $956 million as a result of debt payments, reaching $7.96 billion.
