Bad News for WhatsApp users, META Banned WhatsApp Support Service

Meta ban their WhatsApp updates on some smartphones including mobile giants Samsung & Apple. The company claims as these smartphones became old so next WhatsApp updates cannot be processed on these phones.

After December 31, 47 different smartphone models won’t support WhatsApp, the most popular messaging service in the world, which is owned by Meta.

Typically, the messenger app is released at the end of the support list and newer devices are added as the software is upgraded by year’s end.

Over 40 outdated mobile phone types, including those from Apple and Samsung, are being phased out by the Meta-owned app.

WhatsApp wants users to have a smooth experience with the app, however, due to the outdated software, it won’t be able to maintain a fluid experience, hence the firm has stopped providing updates for the following Smartphone models.

Let’s look at the full list of gadgets that will no longer support WhatsApp as of December 31.
