Evren posted the four minutes, sixteen second music video to YouTube and his social media platforms. According to the musician, Khan and Pakistan received the song as a gift and ode from a “Turkish brother.” He wrote on Twitter to Khan, “Hope you all appreciate it,” and congratulated Khan.
The phrase “absolutely not” that Khan used in response to a question about whether Pakistan should allow the US to use its airbases served as the basis for the song’s title. Khan had used it in an interview with an Australian journalist
