After his fans got the impression that he doesn’t like India, Aamir Khan recently asked them not to boycott his soon-to-be released movie Laal Singh Chaddha on Twitter.

The actor stated earlier in 2015 that although India is a tolerant nation, it is the people who foment hatred.

Additionally, Kiran Rao, Khan’s ex-wife, came under fire when she said she left India for the safety of her children.

Khan was also questioned about this trolling at a recent press conference and responded that it does make him sad that people have this false impression.

As a result, the actor told the audience at the press conference that he loves India and then pleaded with them not to boycott his movie.

The August 11 release of Laal Singh Chaddha, which stars Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Naga Chaitanya, and Mona Singh, is just around the corner.
